The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to another trip within a two year period. Trip fees: Payments by Visa/MC or check may be made at any time. Payment in full for each trip will be due 4 - 6 weeks prior to departure date. You will be notified if a payment schedules is required.Airfare: Beadventure will guide you with your travel arrangements, but does not book the airfare. You may use your own travel agent, go online or call the airline directly. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your trip, the following cancellation fees apply:
- 1 month (30 days) or more prior to departure, 100% of any fees not paid out to host country for hotels, airfares or transport is refunded minus the deposit.
- Within 1 month up to 1 week prior to departure, 60% refunded minus the deposit and minus any fees paid out to host country in advance.
- Within 1 week of departure, there is no refund.
Travel and cancellation insurance: Beadventure highly recommends purchase of Travel Insurance to protect from trip cancellation costs if a medical emergency occurs.
Please ask for a brochure from your local travel agent or check Travel Insurance - Compare and Save Today on Travel Insurance!Further travel: Spouses are welcome for the entire trip, but must be prepared to do something while Beadventure projects are being created during the 25 plus hours of class time. Spouses or partners not participating in class will receive a discount.Itinerary: The itinerary may already be posted online or will be mailed soon after receipt of deposit. If improvements can be made, or if unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary the itinerary. This can be weather dependent as well.Tour Prices: Prices are quoted in US dollars or Euros and based on current tariffs, rates and exchange, taxes, levies and costs. Payment is made in Dollars at current exchange rate. Should any of these costs change, a surcharge may be added to the Beadventure trip cost. UNEXPECTED hikes in foreign currency conversion rates, fuel costs and other matters, may necessitate an adjustment to the price of the trip. Conversely if prices are better than expected, then Beadventure will give added bonus to the tour in the form of extra meals and/or bonuses of some kind.
Passport: A valid passport is required for all international travel. You will be notified if any visas, shots or special requirements are necessary.
It is recommended that a passport must not have an expiration date within 6 months of taking the trip.
Name on passport must match name on airline ticket.Single Supplement: Double and single rooms are available, some with own bathroom. A supplement may be charged on a first come first served basis for single rooms. This varies with country and place of residence. Roommates are selected at travel time. Please make it known if you have difficulty or special requests in this regard.Special requests: Every effort is made to accommodate your needs. Please let Beadventure staff know if you require a special diet, or other considerations. Some countries are not always handicap friendly!Workshop Project: Each trip has its own special project. The teacher will send out a supply list and instructions for the project including any pre-requisites (if any). You are encouraged to contact the teacher directly with any questions prior to the trip.
Responsibility: We have no special knowledge of unsafe conditions, safety problems, health or weather hazards which may be encountered on our trip.
Beadventure assists in making the necessary arrangements and in no way represents, or acts as agent for transportation carriers, accommodations and
other services connected with the tour, and therefore Beadventure, respective employees, and representatives accept no responsibility and liability for any injury, loss, damage, delay, accident or irregularity of any company or person engaged in carrying out services involved.
A waiver/release form is required before final payment for the trip is accepted.
