Tucson Gem & Mineral Show - The World's Largest!

The Annual Tucson Gem and Mineral show is the largest of its kind in the world. With venues spread out around Tucson, it can be an overwhelming experience if you have not visited before.
Our Beadventure has been designed so that you will visit all the main bead venues so you don't have to worry about shuttle buses, long lines, and waits 
between shows and registration.
There are nearly 50 sites around town and dozens of shows take place at the same time. Beadventures will make it easy for your to access the major and best shows. Our knowledgeable crew will have reviewed the Show Guide to make the best plans. Here is a sample itinerary of the shows that you can expect: the Quality Inn (formerly the Rodeway), the To Bead True Blue, the African Village, the Best Bead Show, the Electric Park Show, the Holidome, and the 
Whole Bead Show.

Trip Cost
$1125.00 (US Dollar)
Includes: Four (4) nights accommodations (shared room; single supplement available), welcome and farewell dinners, Phoenix or Tucson airport pick up and delivery, daily show transport
Does not include: airfare, other meals
Payment Terms: $300 deposit to hold spot; balance due 90 days prior to start of Beadventure (see Terms and Conditions for more information)
Trip Notes . . .
There is a lot of walking and standing required as you visit the many venues so bring comfortable shoes. Another suggestion is to bring a bag or cart on wheels to carry your purchases along the way.
Airport Transportation
For transport between Phoenix and Tucson on January 31:
-- You can fly directly to Tucson and meet the group at the hotel (be ready to head out to a show around 1 p.m.; or
-- Fly into Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport with an arrival prior to 10:30 a.m. Beadventures will transport you by van from the airport (or hotel) to Tucson. The drive takes about two hours; you will be taken to the first show while staff checks you into your hotel.
For departures on February 4:
-- Fly directly from Tucson Airport (recommend in the afternoon as we'll try to visit another show in the morning); or
-- Fly from Phoenix, but with a departure no earlier than 4pm that day. If it is necessary to depart earlier, you will need to privately arrange for a shuttle from Tucson to Phoenix.
