Deposit:
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to book a trip. Deposit can be applied to another trip within two years (from time of cancellation). Full refund given if entire trip is canceled due to insufficient registrations.

Payment schedule is specified for each trip. Usually payable in full 4 - 6 weeks prior to departure.

Visa, Master Card and Pay Pal accepted. 3% handling fee applies.

DISCLAIMER: Every effort is made to price the trip according to anticipated costs. It may be necessary under certain circumstances, to increase the price of a trip if there are dramatic price increases in host countries, with foreign exchange rates, fuel costs or other variables that are unforeseen. European trips are priced in Euros, but can be paid in dollars at the current conversion rate at time of payment
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your trip, the following cancellation fees apply:
  • 1 month (30 days) or more prior to departure, 100% of any fees not paid out to host country for hotels, airfares or transport is refunded minus the deposit.
  • Within 1 month up to 1 week prior to departure, 60% refunded minus the deposit and minus any fees paid out to host country in advance.
  • Within 1 week of departure, there is no refund.
Travel and cancellation insurance:
